Donations to volunteer fire companies operating as a 501(c)(4) organization are deductible as charitable contributions on the donor’s federal income tax return provided:

     1. The donated funds are used excluseively for public purposes.

     2. No goods or services are provided to the donor in exchange for the contribution.  

The funds you so graciously donate via this site will be used for operating expenses associated with providing fire protection services to the public, and are eligable for deduction on the donors federal income tax.
